Following the Global Fine Fragrances reorganization, Symrise is pleased to announce that Veronique Ferval joins the company effective March 1st as Vice President Global Creation Fine Fragrances. Veronique will report to Ricardo Omori, Senior Vice President Fine Fragrances, and will be based out of their New York City Fine Fragrance Studio.
In her new role, Veronique has responsibility to drive fragrance creation to the next level with clear objectives, to better integrate consumer understanding, to be the representative of fine fragrance in the innovation committees, and to lead Symrises’ creative resources globally. Reporting directly to Veronique are all perfumers globally, fragrance development directors and laboratories when assigned to Fine Fragrance either directly or indirectly.
Veronique has 28 years of experience in the Fragrance industry, developing leading fine fragrances globally. For the last 12 years, she was the Fine Fragrances Global Creative VP at IFF.
During her career, Veronique has developed and led development teams on successful fragrances for major manufacturers (L’Oreal, P&G, Coty, LVMH, Estee Lauder, Unilever), led and managed the Fragrance Perfumery School and developed a creative partnership to support creative olfactive vision. She is currently a board member of CEW and the FIT CFM Advisory Board.
