This cold brew is infused with nitrogen, and even has brands rolling out canned and bottled versions for on-the-go sipping. 25% of consumers now say they want to try this type of coffee, up from 19% last month. With coffee powerhouse Starbucks launching its own nitro brews at over 500 of its locations, nitro coffee is likely to gain more fans by year’s end.
